Urgent Search Underway for Missing 14-Year-Old Girl in Durham Region

The Durham Regional Police are searching for 14-year-old Dajah, last seen in Pickering on February 1, 2024. Dajah, from Oshawa, is believed to have left with an unknown adult male possibly towards Thunder Bay. Described as a white female, 5’6”, with brown shoulder-length hair, she was last seen in a black jogging suit and blue/black jacket. Authorities have released her photo on the DRPS website and are seeking the public’s help in locating her.

Investigation Underway After Shots Fired in Pickering

The Durham Regional Police Service's West Division is investigating an incident involving shots fired at a residence on Sepia Square in Pickering. The event, which thankfully resulted in no injuries, has prompted a thorough investigation with forensic teams actively collecting evidence at the scene.

This serious incident occurred in the early hours of February 3rd, and the police are now seeking assistance from the community. If you were in the vicinity of Taunton Road, between Whites Road and Brock Road, from approximately 1:30 to 2:00 am, and have dashcam footage, your contribution could be vital to the investigation.

Deadly Collision on Highway 401 Leads to Early Morning Closure

Do Not Cross!

A fatal three-vehicle collision on westbound Highway 401 near Thickson Road claimed one life and left another individual with minor injuries. The accident took place around 12:30 AM of February 3rd, prompting an investigation by the Toronto OPP. Witnesses are urged to assist by contacting 905-668-3388.
